Thank you so much for registering for Sheltering Branch. You will not be officially registered until we received your check. If you are bringing a minor that you are not the legal guardian of, please download and fill out this Sponsored Minor Agreement Form. Also, this Medical Release Form should be filled out for any other minor in your group. Once the form(s) has been filled out it can either be scanned and emailed or mailed in with the deposit.

A minimum of $50 per person deposit is required with registration.
